Dubai is among the most dynamic cities in the world, according to JLL's City Momentum Index (CMI) 2017 report. The annual report looks at the fastest-changing cities around the globe, tracking the speed of their changing economy and commercial real estate market, while identifying hubs that have the most dynamic attributes over the short and long-term.

The non-oil part of the United Arab Emirates economy is expected to grow 3 percent this year, accelerating from 2.7 percent last year, the central bank said. Jakarta topped the list, which tracks the price performance of luxury housing markets across 30 world cities. The Indonesian capital recorded an annual price growth of 37.7%
